PAINTING IN PHOTOSHOP WITH SANDRA PEARCE

TWO DAY WORKSHOP

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Painting:  The practice of applying paint, pigment, color or other medium to a solid surface.  The medium is commonly applied to the base with a brush, but other implements, such as knives, sponges, and airbrushes, can be used.  The final work is also called a painting.  This sums up what Sandra is going to teach you.

We will be using Photoshop and all of its digital brushes that come in knives, sponges and of course the wonderful airbrush.  You will learn to use the mixer brush with all its magical ways (glass glare, blemishes, stray hairs and a multitude of other things it is for).  You will learn to paint the images that are usually cast off as unusable.  When I was told I had to paint with Corel, I decided I enjoyed PS more and that began my journey to teach myself PS Painting.  I have been teaching painting for the last 10 years and invite you to join me.

Note:  Different material will be taught each day.  Day two will not be a repeat of day one.
